Product features are one of the key elements of a product listing. They are usually listed using bullet points rather than chunks of texts or large paragraphs. show moreThey do not exceed far bullet points. The bullet points must include every important feature that distinguishes your product from your competitors. The bullet points list out the major features of the product in an easy to read and concise fashion. Some customers may not scroll down very far on the page.
So it’s important to put the most important information in the bullet points. Some details to include are full contents of what’s in the box materials and construction. Major features and benefits, power output information on controls and settings details on pattern or design, care instructions, dimensions, and warranty information.
Each category requires slightly different information and ordering of bullets. So remember to request the style guide for your category or categories from your vendor manager or buyer upfront, keep it interesting and convincing enough for a consumer to make a purchase.
