ORM-D is a type of hazard class, similar to class three, flammable and combustible liquid and class eight corrosive material. And contrary to what you’ve been told the DORND does not stand for domestic. It nearly distinguishes it from the other ORMs that used to exist. Hazardous materials that are applicable to be reclassed as NORMD are limited to the following consumer commodity cartridges and small arms cottages, power devices.
