Style guides can be found by selecting the ad products via upload from the dropdown menu of the inventory tab on the top menu of seller central. On the next page, click on the download and inventory file tab. Scroll down to the bottom of the page where it says inventory files. And click on the category-specific inventory link under the file name field.

On the following page, scroll down to the heading that says you are registered with release package x. And here you can download the relevant style guide alongside the category in which you wish to list your products.
