The Amazon Ecosystem and Terminology

Transcription

A review could be from anybody and they may not necessarily have purchased the product. A verified review is a review left by a seller who has genuinely purchased the product and verified reviews are when a customer leaves a product review without first purchasing the product on Amazon. A verified reviews carry less weight when Amazon averages a given products review and Amazon are now starting to remove and verified reviews, average reviews, or the average star rating given based on the reviews, verified reviews and helpful reviews may have a greater influence on the overall average.
