Welcome to the Amazon Vendor Central Frustration Free Packaging Course.  In this section we will go through the testing process for your packaging certifications.

In this module we will be taking a deep dive into the following subjects:

Primary ASINs

We will look at what criteria Amazon considers when selecting primary ASINs to send for testing only as opposed to the entire family of ASINs.

ISTA 6 SIOC (Tier 1 and Tier 2)

We will go through the overview for the ISTA 6 SIOC testing protocols and product types.

ISTA 6 OB (Tier 3)

We will go through the overview for the ISTA 6 Over-Boxing testing protocols.

Contacting ISTA

We will explain how to contact ISTA in order to locate a laboratory near to you and how to request the testing of your products from ISTA.
