There is no point to creating a store when you can’t get eyes on it. Amazon allows shoppers to access a store through their brand byline. The byline is found on a product listing page underneath the product title. It says by fab habitat. And when you click on it, you’ll go to the store. Usually Amazon does this automatically, but on occasion you’ll need to contact support to properly link your brand byline to your store, to do this log into your store builder and go to the bottom of the page and click get support.show more
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click contact us. We’re going to create a case. So to make sure we are contacting the right support team, click on advertising and stores at the bottom of the menu, click on stores and then basic settings and click on other issues. Simply write a message to support explaining the product.
Byline is not linking to the store. And then click send support will usually respond within 24 hours. You can check on your case by entering your case log from the store builder, go to get support at the bottom of the page and then scroll to the bottom of the page to launch the case log under case status.
