The Active Listings Report
• The Active Listings Report provides a snapshot of all the products you have listed on Amazon at the time the report is run.
• This report includes all of your product listings, including those with zero (0) quantity.
• It also provides you with information about the products your listings are matched to on Amazon, including the product title and product identifier.
• In most cases, the ASIN is returned as the product-id for the listing, but the product-id may also be the industry standard identifier, such as the ISBN, UPC, or EAN.
• The Active Listings Report includes details about each listing, including condition, item-note, and BMVD shipping settings.
• The report includes an additional column for the fulfillment channel: Merchant Fulfilled or Amazon Fulfilled.
• The Active Listings Report is a tab-delimited file that you can open in any spreadsheet or database program, such as Microsoft Access, Notepad or Microsoft Excel.
• To create the Active Listings Report, select “Inventory Reports” from the Drop-Down Menu of the “Inventory” tab on the top menu of Seller Central.
• On the next page, select “Active Listings Report” from the “Select Report Type” Drop-Down Menu provided.
• Should you wish to customize your report first, click the “Customize the columns for this report” link.
• Click the “Request Report” button.
• Your report will appear in the table below with a “Pending” status.
• Once it is ready to be downloaded, the status will change to “Ready” and you will see the “Download” link has become live.
• Click on this “Download” link and download your report to your computer as needed.
The All Listings Report
• This report is similar to the Active Listings Report, except it provides a snapshot of all products for a specific merchant or seller, and goes further to include listings that are active, inactive, and incomplete.
• As you may recall the Active Listings Report only showed listings that were active.
• To create an All Listings Report, select “Inventory Reports” from the Drop-Down Menu of the “Inventory” tab on the top menu of Seller Central. O
• n the next page, select “All Listings Report” from the “Select Report Type” Drop-Down Menu provided.
• Should you wish to customize your report first, click the “Customize the columns for this report” link.
• Click the “Request Report” button.
• Your report will appear in the table below with a “Pending” status.
• Once it is ready to be downloaded, the status will change to “Ready” and you will see the “Download” link has become live.
• Click on this “Download” link and download your report to your computer as needed.
The Sold Listings Report
• The Sold Listings Report contains any items sold via the Amazon website.
• These are orders fulfilled by the seller or merchant, by you.
• They are not items fulfilled by Amazon.
• This is your best report to see which items you have sold and shipped yourself recently.
• To download the report, select “Inventory Reports” from the Drop-Down Menu of the “Inventory” tab on the top menu of Seller Central.
• On the next page, select “Sold Listings Report” from the “Select Report Type” Drop-Down Menu provided.
• Select the number of days for your report from the Drop-Down Menu provided, namely 7, 15, 30 or 60 days.
• You can now click the “Request Report” button.
• Your report will appear in the table below with a “Pending” status.
• Once it is ready to be downloaded, the status will change to “Ready” and you will see the “Download” link has become live.
• Click on this “Download” link and download your report to your computer as needed.
The Referral Fee Preview Report
• The Referral Fee Preview Report shows the estimated referral fee amount for each of your current listings on Amazon.
• The referral fee shown in the report is based on your current listed item price and does not account for shipping or gift wrap charges applied at the time of purchase.
• Additional selling fees, including variable closing fees, may apply when your item is sold.
• The information contained in this report may be up to 72 hours old.
• The report can only be requested once per 24 hours.
• To create the Referral Fee Preview Report, select “Inventory Reports” from the Drop-Down Menu of the “Inventory” tab on the top menu of SellerCentral.
• On the next page, select “Referral Fee Preview Report” from the “Select Report Type” Drop-Down Menu provided.
• You can now click the “Request Report” button.
• Your report will appear in the table below with a “Pending” status.
• Once it is ready to be downloaded, the status will change to “Ready” and you will see the “Download” link has become live.
• Click on this “Download” link and download your report to your computer as needed.
