Seller Performance; Optimize account health
The valid tracking rate or VTR applies only to seller fulfilled orders, inter percentage of the orders that have a valid tracking number. It measures the orders with a valid tracking number as a percentage of total shipments during a given 30 day time period. Customers who place orders often rely on tracking numbers to find out where their orders are in the delivery process.
This enables them to know when to expect to receive them so they can plan accordingly. Orders with tracking information associated with them tend to have fewer A two Z guarantee claims and better seller feedback ratings. You will reduce the likelihood of not getting dinged by customers in feedback and reviews.
