Vendor Central: Contesting Chargebacks and Invoice Reconciliation

On your dispute management page, which can be found in the dropdown menu of your payments tab on the top menu of your vendor central dashboard. You can see all your disputes, including those where you submitted proofs of delivery for shortage claims. Under the dispute summary, you can click on the resolved link to find a list of all your disputes that have been resolved. Alternately you can select from the dropdown menu under search disputes. You can also type in your shortage invoice number into the disputed shortage invoices cell, and click search. If the action alongside your resolve shortage dispute says reopen dispute. Click on that action link and complete the relevant information in the reason cell and click. Okay. If however, there is no clickable action alongside your shortage invoice, you can then open up a new case by clicking.

Create new dispute higher up on the page. On the left hand side, a popup window will open and you can then select shortage invoice from the dropdown menu. Provide. Fill in all the relevant information on each page before clicking next until you have completed all information on all pages and click submit dispute, alternately you can also dispute a shortage by going to your invoices page and clicking on submit proof of delivery under the available action section on the left hand side of the page.

On the next page, alongside the invoice, you wish to dispute. Click on the yellow actions, button and click dispute shortage by ASIN.

Fill out all the relevant details on the next page, including supporting documents and click submit. You can also dispute a shortage by going to the invoices page and under the available action section on the left side of the page, click the yellow button that says review or dispute shortages on the following page, alongside the invoice.

You wish to dispute the shortage on click the yellow actions button to the right of it. Click on dispute, shortage by ASIN. And on the following page, fill out all the relevant details as before, including uploading, supporting documents and click submit.
