The customer reviews report can be filtered by category subcategory brand and with a selected timeframe or reporting range of daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly, and the relevant, further selected detail to the right of this. You can further view the graph and data by average rating. All ratings by number and all ratings by percentage the table can also have additional product identifiers and information added to it for easier reference or use with your own systems.

The table includes the following data. The number of reviews that the product has on the last day of the selected timeframe, the number of reviews that the product had from the previous period, the total number of customer reviews posted to date, the average customer rating that the product has on the last day of the selected timeframe, the average customer rating that the product has on the last day of the previous period.

The average customer rating based on customer reviews, posted to date. Number of reviews, posted with a rating of five stars in the selected timeframe. Number of reviews, posted with a rating of four stars in the selected timeframe. Number of reviews, posted with a rating of three stars in the selected timeframe.

Number of reviews posted with a rating of two stars in the selected timeframe and number of reviews posted with a rating of one star in the selected timeframe. This is a great report to track your reviews per ASIN, and can help you identify which of your products are not doing well so that you can launch an investigation into further detail per review to see whether it is due to the product itself.

The packaging or the content and images used on the product page. This is a most useful report for your marketing department.
