Vendor Central: Why is Amazon Not Placing Purchase Orders
Perhaps you would prefer to go one step further and reset the availability or launch date for your product instead to a day or two in the future to jumpstart Amazon systems again for your products. To locate your products again by pasting or typing the ASIN or UPC or model number into the relevant text box. And then clicking the search button. Once you have found product, click the box to the left of the product and then click the edit product details button in the top right side of the page. On the next page, click the product details tab and scroll down until you find the launch date field on the right side of the page, in the calendar box to the right of the product site launch date.
Enter a date in the next day or two here to technically relaunch your product on the Amazon website. Hence rebooting the system to show the product on Amazon’s website. On that day as available the product site launch date does not impact viability or preorder logic. It is used to indicate when a product will be visible and searchable on the Amazon website. Click the submit and continue button to save your changes.
