To upload a video. You must make sure you have the copyrights to the specific video you would like to upload. It goes without saying that your video must be high resolution. Your video should be a minimum of 1280 by 720 pixels. But the ideal resolution is 1920 by 1080 pixel. The video format as the Amazon allows our MP4 and mov files videos must be under 500 megabytes.
show moreWhen uploading a video, you must also upload a thumbnail image, which can be either a JPEG or PNG file. Currently the option upload videos to your product listings in seller central is only available in the US marketplace. If you want to upload videos to your listings in marketplaces outside of the US you must do this through vendor central.
