There are three purchase order reports that we will look at in this section, namely, the update passed due PO items report, the canceled PO items report and the order history report. The update past due PO items report is not actually a report. It is a list of purchase order items that Amazon has receipted into their fulfillment centers and have found that some items are missing.

Although Amazon may identify shortages received at their fulfillment centers. It does not mean that you have to agree with them. We’re downloading this report by clicking the export, this data to Excel for your records button, you can go through each individual line item or ASIN on each purchase order to identify what Amazon has considered short.
If you agree with them on any of these shortage. You can then choose to update the shipped quantity. According to what Amazon’s received quantity is, the canceled PO items report shows you which items on which purchase orders either you or Amazon canceled. If Amazon canceled PO items and you shipped them, you will then be liable for an overage chargeback.
So it is important to keep an eye on this report for such events. If you canceled PO items due to them being out of stock or defective, then you must also ensure that you do not ship them. Otherwise you will again be liable for the overage chargeback you can choose to review, cancel PO items in the last day, the last week, the last month or the last one to two months.
We would recommend that you download this list for the last month, at least to keep accurate records of which items were canceled. You can then choose to download this table of data by clicking the export, this data to Excel for your records button, your order history shows all of the purchase orders you have ever received from Amazon on your vendor central account in the past three years.
You can select a view per year only including this current year. The order history shows you orders that were filled partially filled, canceled, and back ordered. You can either choose to download a list of the purchase orders as single purchase orders with a total value by clicking the export, this data to Excel for your records button.
Or you can select individual purchase orders or even all of them and download each individual line item on each and every purchase order. And then click open selected POS at the bottom of the table.
