Product descriptions discuss the major features of the product without expressing an opinion. They are located halfway down the page in a section called product description. Product descriptions may be similar to what’s on the manufacturer’s site, but not copied verbatim. They should be written in paragraph form and in complete sentences that are easy and interesting for the customer to read.

Contents of the product description should cover the major product features and positioning within its category and expand on the details listed in the bullet points, information on the materials and construction controls and settings and included parts and accessories is critical in the buying decision.

Also be sure it to include accurate dimensions, particular care instructions, and warranty inform. Other relevant issues to discuss in the space, include limitations of the product origin of manufacture, safety instructions of warnings, how the product was created or tested and information on major awards one.

Other items to take note of when it comes to writing your product description are keep the description precise, clear and short include information only that is related to your product. Do not use quotes or testimonials here ensure that your description matches the images and avoid using HTML tags. If in doubt of how much information to include always error on the side of too much, rather than not enough.

So an amazon.com review is written. This description may be the only detailed information the customer uses to make a buying decision.
